The fun (and tracking) begins

Sending your screener over (sharing) is the first step towards achieving its goals: making it seen by the target audience, whether it’s a buyer, a programmer or a potential partner.

We call it sharing and that’s how it appears on Screenable interface. As the account admin, you can control all the aspects of sharing.

Specifically you can:

• Limit the date until which the screener is available to your invitee.
• Limit the number of times the screener can be viewed. We call them “sessions”.
• Revoke access at any time - i.e removing access to the screener before reaching the above limits.

Sharing your screener

The Share button is placed in several places: In the listing of the screener in theleft column or in the screener panel itself, on the right.

Who to share it with

Send a link

Send the screener to invitees individually. The principle is simple: for each invitee, the system generates a unique link. That allows Screenable to track viewership for each invitee.
